The problem
Education systems across Europe collect data in their own ways, which makes secure, GDPR-compliant exchange across borders difficult and leaves policy makers and educators without harmonised evidence on learning, wellbeing and equity.

- Standard data models, APIs, consent protocols and governance frameworks for cross-border education data
- A prototype data-exchange layer that any school information system can connect to
- A pilot of the EDU-WELL Index, combining learning outcomes, wellbeing, inclusion and equity indicators
