BENEFITS

Measuring the social, economic and environmental value that social services create, so that policy can scale up what works.

The problem

Social services create social, economic and environmental value that conventional measures such as GDP do not capture. Without well-founded evidence of those returns, it is hard to know which services to scale up, and how.
