We advised FCNC on a corporate governance and corporate social responsibility framework for its clients: regulations, internal policies and organisational changes.
The problem
FCNC needed a comprehensive corporate governance and corporate social responsibility (CSR) framework for its clients, one that meets regulatory requirements and industry standards and keeps pace with modern ESG expectations.
What Ethos Lab did
Ethos Lab analysed the client's existing structures and practices, and assessed the regulatory landscape, industry standards and international good practice. On that basis we drafted a full suite of corporate regulations, internal policies and operational guidelines, and proposed organisational changes to strengthen transparency, accountability and long-term sustainability.

- Corporate regulations, internal policies and operational guidelines tailored to the client's strategy and compliance needs
- Proposals on board structure and processes, reporting, risk management and the integration of CSR into core operations
- Stronger governance capacity, and a foundation for responsible conduct and stakeholder engagement
