E.T.Ho.S – EU’s R.E.C Programme 2014-2020

Better media representation of LGBT people: education for journalists and media students in Greece, Lithuania and Croatia. Ethos Lab worked as a subcontractor to KMOP.

The problem

The media are one of the most powerful sources of how LGBT people are represented, and they can reproduce harmful stereotypes, directly or indirectly. E.T.Ho.S (Eliminating Transphobic, Homophobic and biphobic Stereotypes) set out to challenge that misrepresentation, and the discrimination it feeds, in Greece, Lithuania and Croatia.
