The Centre for Governance and Sustainability Studies – Ethos Lab PC is a newly founded SME that focuses on research, policy recommendations and advisory in topics related to economic policy, sustainability, green policies and social integration.
Ethos Lab aims to:
- Provide research advice, evidence and data driven policy recommendation on issues related to governance and sustainability
- Use innovative and state-of-the-art methodologies to connect higher education and academic research to the industry
- Produce semi-annual policy reports on issues of political economy, migration and governance in Greece and EU
- Engage with state and non-state stakeholders to promote the use of solutions identified by academic research for policy interventions
Ethos Lab – Centre for Governance and Sustainability Research was founded in 2019 by Dr. Georgios Melios and Nikolaos Melios in Athens, Greece.

Prof. Tzivanakis is an economist with expertise on welfare, economic growth and institutions. He implements the policy and research agenda of Ethos Lab

Ms Petridou is an psychologist and educator. She holds an M.Sc. in Developmental Psychology and currently leads Ethos Lab educational and capacity building programs

Giorgios Maaraaoui is a doctoral candidate in economics with a focus on causal inference and applied microeconomics. In Ethos Lab he provides expertise in causal inference
Mr Vasilopoulos is a computer scientist and web developer. He curates the digital content of Ethos Lab
Ms Sleiman is an economist and data analyst. She has significant expertise in applied microeconomics and data analytics. Her role in Ethos Lab is to design and implement welfare evaluation projects
